About the event
Sabrina will be using the shape of a circle and the indigenous teachings of the Medicine Wheel to discuss our connection to Mind, Body, Land, Spirit - whatever that might mean for each individual. We will draw the medicine wheel and explore each area. A movement break or two, depending on energy levels will be incorporated that will include mindfulness exploration.
We will have magazines of all kinds of interests, and all materials to make this project. We do ask if ya can to send your little one with a small school Photo and if you have any printed photos of things that they charish (pets, family, hobbies) things and/or magazines of their intrests .. these things will be used during the class to represent their mental, physical, spiritual, or environmental wellness in a more individual way, totaly Optional just helps personalize their projects a little more.
